In the tradition of the Tao, everything is energy in motion.
Based on traditional Chinese medicine, Chi Nei Tsang is and energetic and somatic release technique. It consists of non-painful manual pressure on different organs and energy points of the abdominal region, and help remove blockages and release stuck emotions, and thus allow energy and thoughts to circulate more harmoniously.

I like to picture this massage as acting at the level of the body-emotions interface, because through manual action combined with breathing and sound, we release both energetic and physical blockages. Thus, helping digestion and the functioning of the organs and glands of the abdomen, as well as the diaphragm, health of the sexual organs, lymphatic drainage, etc.

Please note that this massage cannot be received during your period or the day preceding it, so as not to disrupt the menstruation cycle!

Consent (or permission for touch) is:

TESTIMONY OF A CLIENT

Meine erste Tantra Massage
Bei meinem ersten Besuch einer Ecstatic Dance Veranstaltung in Berlin habe ich zufällig einen sehr netten Mann namens Alex kennengelernt. Es stellte sich heraus, dass Alex Tantramasseur ist. Da ich auf meiner Reise in Berlin grundsätzlich allem sehr offen und neugierig gegenüberstand, habe ich es als Schicksal gesehen, diese neue Erfahrung unbedingt machen zu müssen. Ich habe mich bewusst vorher nicht in die Kunst der Tantra Massage eingelesen. Ich wollte ganz unbefangen und unbeschwert in diese Welt hineintauchen.
Meine Aufregung war enorm, in eine völlig fremde Wohnung, eines völlig fremden Menschen, in einer völlig fremden Stadt zu gehen! Doch irgendwie hatte ich Vertrauen, dass alles gut gehen wird. Die Bekanntschaft mit Alex hat mir ein gutes Bauchgefühl gegeben, auf das ich mich verlassen und ich somit auch meiner Neugier nachgehen konnte.
Alex selbst strahlt eine unwahrscheinliche Ruhe aus. Durch seine sanfte und eingehende Art der Kommunikation habe ich mich direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Alex hat mir einen Tee angeboten und mir erst mal den Ablauf erklärt. Durch unser Gespräch wurde meine Aufregung immer etwas kleiner. Als wir auf der Couch saßen und ich mich mit dem Rücken an seine Brust gelehnt habe, um gemeinsam erst einmal eine Verbindung zu schaffen, hatte ich direkt eine Vertrautheit gespürt.
Anschließend haben wir dann jedes Kleidungsstück einzeln abgelegt. Bei jedem Kleidungsstück, dass wir abgelegt haben, wurde laut ausgesprochen, welche Erwartung beziehungsweise Sorge, wir damit loslassen wollen. Das fiel mir tatsächlich etwas schwer und war auch ungewohnt für mich.
Ganz nackt durfte ich mich dann auf seiner Liege auf den Bauch legen. Alex legte eine Decke über mich, die gefühlt Fransen am Rand hatte. Seine Hände fingen an mich über die Decke zu massieren. Auch an diese Situation musste ich mich erst mal gewöhnen. Als meine Atmung etwas entspannter schien, hat Alex die Decke mit den Fransen über meinen Körper von oben bis unten mehrfach gestreift, das war ein unwahrscheinlich schönes Gefühl. Ich konnte mich immer mehr und mehr fallen lassen. Als ich dann etwas deutlich entspannter auf der Liege lag, hat Alex etwas Öl in die Hände genommen und mich komplett massiert. Zwischendurch hat Alex meine beiden Hände von hinten gehalten und das hat sich angefüllt, als wenn eine Energie von ihm zu mir fließt, die uns in diesem Moment ganz besonders verbindet. Anschließend hat er mich wieder weiter massiert.
Es war anfangs etwas ungewöhnlich, einen völlig fremden Menschen meinen Po massieren zu lassen, aber es hat sich trotzdem gut und vertraut angefühlt. Somit hatte ich auch keine Scham mich auf den Rücken zu legen und mich von Alex komplett von vorne massieren zu lassen. Alex hat ein unglaublich gutes Fein- und Taktgefühl, wann er wie welche Körperstellen zu berühren hat. Und somit hat es auch etwas gedauert, bis er mich an meinen Intimbereich berührt hat. Aber auch das war alles andere als unangenehm, sondern fühlte sich nach mehr an. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt habe ich Alex vollkommen vertraut und konnte mich vollkommen fallen lassen, so dass ich mich einem Orgasmus gar nicht entziehen konnte und auch nicht wollte. Es war eine einzigartige Erfahrung und wunderschön, dass es bei dieser ganzen Massage einzig und alleine nur um mich und um mein Wohlbefinden ging. Ich musste mich nicht um jemanden anderen kümmern, mein Kopf war leer und meine Gedanken verschwunden. Am Ende war die absolute Entspannung, ein warmes Wohlgefühl und ein großartiger Glücksmoment erreicht!
Auf dem Nachhauseweg war ich so voller Energie, Freude und Glück erfüllt, dass ich nur noch tanzen wollte!
