About me
I came to this work as part of my own spiritual path and by working with a woman who'd experienced sexual assault as a teenager. I came to realise the devastating effects men can have on women. And also to discover the flame in women cannot be extinguished and, with love and support, every woman can shine brightly in the world. I came to realise that walking alongside women on their journey of healing was the most meaningful work I could do.
I blend modern coaching and body-based approaches with spiritual knowledge from yoga and Tantra, which allows you to explore the paths that are best for you. I am a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, a member of the ACSB (Association of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers) and a member of the ASIS (Association of Somatic and Integrative Sexologists). I am trained in Somatic Trauma Therapy, and have been studying and practicing Tantra for over six years.
