‘By day, I bring healing as a holistic nurse, nurturing and supporting others on their journey to wellness. But by night, I step into the realm of shadows and light as a Tantrika, a guide to the sensual and the sacred.’
With 5 years of immersion in the world of Tantra, Tonic Tantra is a muse and content creator offering services such as sensual Shibari, energetic readings and Tantric touch. She helps guide individuals on a transformative journey, where pleasure becomes a pathway to spiritual growth.

Could you introduce yourself and what you do?
I am a nurse and a Tantrika, which covers both western health and eastern philosophy and practices- I like to say ‘I take care of the whole mind, body, soul’.
I am a practitioner of Tantra which is a spiritual tradition linked to hinduism and buddhism, and includes a range of practices and beliefs. Traditional Tantra is an energetic approach to the spiritual path. The term “Tantrika” is typically used to describe someone who is deeply immersed in the practices and principles, and often implies a certain level of expertise and dedication to the path.
Although we see a big range of “Tantra” out in the world (this is Tantra vs NeoTantra), most people offer NeoTantra, which is a modernization (or appropriation) of Tantra of the polarity and intimacy work- but not so much spirituality)- I meet people where they are at and where they want to go in that range.
I am in fact, a spiritualist (energy worker/energy reader) so this is more than just sexual energy for me- its a whole vibrating body thing, and usually for the people who work with me. Let’s call it “Spiritual Kink”.
“Spiritual Kink” describes a unique intersection of spiritual practices and erotic exploration, incorporating elements of Tantra, conscious sexuality, and BDSM.
What are the services you offer as a muse?
I give multiple ways to access, process, and amplify the mind, body, and spirit.
Im nomadic, and I am often on the go- but if you catch me in person, I offer a few bodywork sessions including massage, Tension and Trauma Release (Tremoring), Sensual Shibari (which is the fave).
I focus on the senses, and try to get you out of your head and into your body.
My “mindful musings sessions” are talk sessions (online) and can be tailored as a single immersive experience, or a series of 1:1 or couples sessions, each building upon the other to deeply explore a topic of your choice.
Topics:
- Raising Sexual Energy
- Conscious Relationships
- BDSM Dynamics
- Sensory Play
- Boundaries
- Safety and surrender
- Drive and Dominance
- Conscious Polyamory and Ethical Non-Monogamy
- Sacred sexuality (releasing fear, guilt, shame)
- Polarity dynamics (masculine/feminine, dominant/submissive)
- Sensual Movement/Dance/Yoga/Sex*
- Colors of Tantra: Explore (Introduction to Tantra)
- *I do not offer Tantric Sexual practice, I will educate and provide resources to guide your own exploration and offer integration support.
I think my most interesting service is an Energy Reading (I use Human Design).
I use kink dynamics and relatable energetic exchanges to explain your energetic blueprint, after that- you can really start making more aligned decisions, and have more clarity about your desires.
What was your journey into this world?
Masochism (the enjoyment of what appears to be painful or tiresome).
I am a neurospicy nurse, and I have two pain disorders (I am my own patient). Im always seeking to understand the mind/body, emotions/behaviors, and ways to feel good.
I had an overlap of Tantra training and Shibari/kink (with my nursing foundations) and everything really clicked for me. Everything is energy, we all want to feel good, and keep the frequency up.
As the years go on, everything just reinforces itself- and I get more pleasure out of life.
Do you have a mission?
My mission is to create a safe and empowering exchange with individuals and couples to explore their sexuality, enhance their intimate connections.
How would you describe your style in a nutshell?
Holistic FemDom.
I am a shadow worker, so I want to get to the root of you, shake off whats not yours, and get you feeling good in your skin.
Who is your typical client?
I really don’t have a typical client, but my ages range from 22 to 62, all genders and fluidities, but the few things they have in common is:
- they want a safe person to explore with
- they like resources and to change, shed, or heal from something
- they want to embody, feel alive with new energy and new experiences
Most of my clients are referrals.
What was the best tantric experience you have personally had?
Once you have experienced Kundalini awakenings, there is nothing like it. It’s a full body orgasm and conscious clarity in one. It amplifies everything, and if you start to learn to master that (tap into it, control it, expand it) you can experience transcendental sex.
Shibari is not traditionally Tantric, but the two combined set the stage for one of my most Tantric experiences.
What do you wish more people knew about sex?
Sex is sacred, and that everyone can certainly enjoy a pleasurable sex life while also being mindful of their patterns, or partner’s needs, boundaries, and consent.
Tantric Sex is SLOW SEX, its the play in foreplay… its what people rush through with their egos.
What is a small and unexpected pleasure in what you do?
The resonance of it all. What a lovely way to get to meet people, share, and grow.
What is a misconception about tantra?
That its all about SEX! It’s about energy, and yes sexual energy is one of the strongest.
What are your hopes for the future in the sensual world?
To be sensual is to experience life fully through your senses, I just want everyone to get out of their head, and into their senses.
