Can you describe yourself in 3 words?

Probing, curious, fabulous.

Tell us more and yourself and what you do…๐Ÿฆนโ€โ™€๏ธ

I facilitate Tantra workshops, retreats, and temples primarily – but not exclusively – for gay/bi/trans/queer men.
I started working in the field of sexual healing and conscious sexuality as a Sexological Bodyworker, and through my explorations have expanded my focus to Tantra and the intersection of sexuality and spirituality. I’m deeply interested in consciousness, psychology, and the human experience.
I see intimacy as a potent laboratory or playground where we get to encounter ourselves and one another on deep levels.
Where we get mirrors for the parts of us that are still seeking wholeness and integration, and open ourselves to spiritual experiences that connect us with something greater than ourselves.

What services do you provide on Sensuali?

I facilitate group Tantra and conscious sexuality events in Europe and North America.

What turns you on?

Presence. Deep eye contact. Power. Strong Daddy vibes. Sensuality and soft, subtle touch. Slowing down and building erotic tension and desire. Role play. A combination of strength and vulnerability. A stimulating intellectual conversation. Seduction.

What was your journey into this world?

I attended my first festival of conscious sexuality workshops in 2018 in Berlin, and immediately I knew that I wanted to pursue this work for myself.
I came of age in San Francisco which was extremely sex-positive and kink-positive, so I did a lot of exploring in my 20’s But it wasn’t until this festival in Berlin that I experienced gay/queer spaces where men were sharing touch and pleasure so generously, without a lot of the hierarchical and competitive dynamics I had felt in mainstream gay spaces.
I found this exploration of touch and intimacy deeply healing, especially for a community with a deep wound around belonging.
For many years I also struggled to cultivate intimacy with other men. I very much enjoyed exploring sexually, but the realm of intimacy felt challenging and uncomfortable and I didn’t know why.
Starting my own journey of sexual healing led to profound shifts in my ability to express my desires, to hold my boundaries, to ask for what I need to feel safe.
And from there to be able to open up emotionally and energetically with other men; to open up to deeper forms of pleasure, intimacy, and connection; and to step further into my power in my erotic life and in life.

Why do you do what you do?

Simply put, I love it. I love facilitating spaces where we get to use our sexual energy for healing, connection, and empowerment. I love supporting people’s growth and seeing them step up to their desires, their longing, and their hearts. I love getting to offer work that brings more love into the world.

This work has felt like a calling for me. I was very spiritual and religious when I was young, but when I came out as gay, I left the church because it felt incompatible with my sexual identity. Tantra has given me a path back to spirituality, that fully integrates the beauty of my queer soul.

I feel a deep calling to share this with other queers.
I believe that queer folks have a unique connection to spirituality that has been mostly stamped out by organized religion, and there is a deep healing to be had by coming back to this special connection with the Mystery, the Beyond, and the Divine.
I find there is a magic in queer sexual spaces. A certain flavor of joy that comes from overcoming repression and reclaiming our right to pleasure, connection, and love. I strive to be of service to my community and continue fostering more queer love in the world.

What is an unexpected pleasure you discovered in your work?

I *love* facilitating self-pleasure (masturbation) rituals. There is a unique honor in witnessing people connecting with their bodies with love and care, and shaking off shame and conditioning by owning their pleasure in a group.
Facilitating these rituals sometimes feels like conducting and orchestra – riding the directing waves of energy through breath, movement, and carefully chosen words. In the end I always feel an incredible high from all the sexual energy that’s been built up in the room.

What should more people know about your work?

For the uninitiated, most people think of tantra purely in terms of esoteric sex practices, or different ways of feeling pleasure. Tantra as a spiritual path invites us to do deep personal work. It’s confronting. It’s challenging. And that’s the point.
Tantra is meant to shake us awake from our conditioning, and we use our sexual energy to shift our consciousness. Pleasure is just the tip of the iceberg. What you really get from this work is a profound connection with Self and Soul so that you can radically awaken to your truth.

What’s your superpower?

Making people feel comfortable stepping into very edgy and vulnerable spaces. I bring a pointed sense of humor, gentle challenges, and loving reminders to support people to go just a step beyond what they thought they were capable of, to discover a new world of possibilities.

We love vices. What’s yours?

Sugar and fresh baked pastries. Gimme cookies, cakes, loaves, buns… I can’t help myself.

Who are your sensual inspirations?

Tumblr. I still love tumblr porn gifs. Dance is a huge space where I get sensually inspired. Any movement practice that unlocks the pelvis. Slowly eating something sweet with my tongue…

Closing thoughts? Anything else to add?ย

What shows up as challenges in our sex lives often mirrors challenges we face in other aspects of our lives. This is what makes sexual healing so powerful.
When we find healing in our sex, it has an incredible ripple effect into many other aspects of our lives.
And you get to enjoy loads of yummy, delicious pleasure along the way ๐Ÿ™‚
