Describe your makeup regime. How frequently do you wear it? Do you do your whole face (foundation etc.) or just accents?
I wear makeup every day. I just do accents. I darken my eyebrows and wear mascara. And then if I’m working at the nightclub I’ll do a bit more. No foundation but maybe some concealer if there are spots that need concealing and a little bit of eyeshadow. Plus the eyebrows and mascara. Yeah.
Describe your typical date night makeup. Is it more glam than your day to day makeup or are you thinking from a more practical angle (i.e we’re about to get nasty, why bother doing my face if it’s going to get all smudged in the bedroom)?
I would say I do my makeup with practicality in mind.
How often would you say you wear makeup during sex versus going makeup free?
I guess I usually don’t wear makeup during sex just because usually when I do have sex it’s at night, after I’ve taken my makeup off for the day. If it’s a date situation then maybe I have makeup on but it’s never anything crazy.

No. Honestly waterproof mascara sucks because it gets all crummy and I hate taking it off.

Yes I have. Mostly just mascara because I don’t really do a full face. I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. When I’ve gotten it on my own sheets, I’ve just thrown it in the wash and it’s gone away. I’ve definitely never had a bad experience where someone has gotten mad about it.

I just wash my face and brush my teeth, since usually it’s night time and I’m getting ready for bed anyways.

When I used to wear fake eyelashes, there were a couple of times where after sex I would go to the bathroom and see that one of my eyelashs was hanging off and I looked crazy. That’s about it though.

There’s no need to stress about makeup and you shouldn’t be overly worried about putting your makeup back on right after sex. No one is expecting you to look like a supermodel 24/7 so why put that pressure on yourself, you know?

I only wear makeup on special occasions and I would say I do a full face but it’s very minimalist. I’ll do a light foundation, some highlighter stick, maybe a bit of eyeshadow, and mascara. I kind of suck at makeup so I keep it simple.

It’s pretty much the same. Maybe I’ll spend more time on the eyeshadow but I don’t have anything special that I that I add. I basically just have one look.

Sometimes after sex, I’ll go to the bathroom and take some of it off just so it doesn’t look really smudged in the morning but usually it’s not that bad. Other times when I’m feeling lazy, I’ll just keep it on.

I wear makeup almost every day. i do a full face – foundation, contour, brows – but keep it natural with minimal eye makeup and neutral colors for everything.

I do have a different routine for dates and going out. I might add eyeliner, bolder lips, maybe some fake lashes. I’ll usually take more time and perfect everything as much as possible with this routine.

I actually strongly dislike waterproof makeup. It has ruined my lashes in the past. i just have a setting spray and pray when it comes to my makeup’s endurance

Not at all. i submit to the fact that my makeup will be ruined by sex. That will happen to me just by making out. If for some reason my makeup has to stay on, I abstain from sex.

I have changed my makeup routine many times. During the heaviest phase yet , I had a threesome. I remember looking in the mirror afterwards to find my makeup completely intact except for an almost perfect oval starting on the end of my nose and ending at the tip of my chin. It looked like I was wearing a scream mask and was lowkey embarrassing but also funny.

I prefer sex without makeup not because of how sex face looks with makeup but because sex + makeup has probably not been the best for my skin health.
