‘I am the mean girl who wouldn’t date you at school, and that’s not about to change now… I’d much rather put you in panties and make you wear a butt plug while you wriggle around on the floor begging to shoot your loser-juice all over my shoes. Maybe I’ll take pictures to show my girlfriends so we can all laugh at how low you will go to get your kicks!’
Meet Princess Aurora. She has long blonde hair, she wears a red skin-tight latex dress, and a matching red latex beret. She sits in her blow-up pink throne in the backdrop of her lilac lit studio. She likes to keep her space very clean, and overpowering music during sessions is kept to a minimum- ‘My voice is the focus. I talk a lot. You have to pay attention to what I’m saying’, she explains, her gaze direct and unflinching. Meet Princess Aurora.
Who are you?
I’m Princess Aurora. I’m a Manchester-based BDSM mistress, humiliatrix and content creator.
Where did it all begin?
My interest in the BDSM scene started by going to clubs where I could explore my desires. I was around a lot of dominant women and they really influenced me.
What’s your Domme style?
I don’t look or act in the traditional way you might expect a dominatrix to act. I wear colourful outfits, I’m happy, smiling and playful with my domination. I like to act how I want rather than play a character. If you are truly dominant, you do something the way you want to do it rather than adhering to how you are ‘told’ to do it.
This approach was very unconventional when I first started out but it’s more common now especially with the younger generation of dommes. We have a more ‘be yourself’ approach.
Does your girly vibe bring a specific clientele?
I get a lot of newcomers because they think my cute appearance means that I will be less harsh and more lenient. Looks can be deceiving!
What are your specialities?
Humiliation/sissy and cross-dressing. These are two very different trains of thought.
I’m a humiliatrix and especially into verbal humiliation. Many of my clients have an intense amount of shame about their submissive desires. When I verbally humiliate clients, it’s a kind of role-play that highlights the silliness of that shame. It’s a cathartic experience that helps them to overcome those negative feelings.
What’s the difference between sissy and cross-dressing?
They are very different to me.
A sissy wants to be humiliated. Sissy to me is not dressing someone up as a woman. It’s creating a caricature with no gender. Stripping your masculinity, so that you’re just nothing… and pathetic !
Then cross dressing is people that want to explore femininity. With those people I’m caring and nurturing and I want them to feel good about who they are when we explore that.
Future plans?
Next month I’m doing a performance at Riot Party in Manchester. It’s queer focused and sex worker-led. I think it’s really important to have input from the sex worker industry in these things. My goal for the year ahead is to focus more on filming. I want to film content with subs involved and to create a distinct aesthetic and look so people instantly recognise my videos.
