⭐️Pole Art centres around barefoot tricks on static and spinning pole. You’ll explore dynamic pole tricks, static rotations, flips, drops, power spins, and elegant, flexy spin combos—all while learning how to make them truly your own.
⭐️Pole Exotic centres around tricks and choreography in heels. You’ll explore a variety of dance influences, from urban, old-school, hardstyle, sensual, soft flow, to breathtaking pole tricks. Beyond just learning choreographies and technique, this retreat is about discovering different movement qualities, embracing diverse styles, and expressing your unique personality through dance.
