Experiences I offer

FAQs

My rope art adventure started with a Shibari workshop in my area. It opened up the creativity hidden within – so I could express my storytelling with much deeper details. I was already a freelance photographer, so Shibari just added to my artistic skills. I’ve also started creating physical art, that I didn’t do before. The installations in the client’s home, the Frame Project (Shibari frames), space decorating, performances and installations in the exhibit spaces. The rope has no limits, the limits are only put here by others and your limitations.

My art is inspired by my own experiences and emotions, as well as the desire to explore the enigmatic nature of the human psyche. I find great inspiration in nature and its patterns of showing and creating its symphony. People who inspire me are the ones who see the world from different perspectives, some of them are Anna Varney Cantodea and Rozz Williams. I’m here for the message and the vibes.

My creative process involves a lot of introspection and experimentation. I often start with a concept or theme inside of my mind or dream-state, and then explore different ways to express it through my art.

The Ropes started as self-expression and to create depth in the storytelling in my photography. That grew into so much more – an emotional and strong bond created with my tools that are now an extension of my creativity. The ropes visually tie you down, but esoterically, mentally, you are in sub-space. You are travelling inside of your mind, experiencing the freedom and feeling of flying. Flowers are also well effective and beautiful tool of expression. Sadly we all know, they wither after picking so I’m giving them a longer life, celebrating their beauty in every knot.

For me, traditional bondage is like anything traditional – full of knowledge and still building up to become an evolution. We all evolve, and so does art. Traditionals are full of base knowledge we all should start from building. Afterwards, our mind takes us on our unique paths that open up doors of possibilities in life and creativity we are here free to use in our will.

I explore themes such as vulnerability, power dynamics, trust, sensuality and human connection. I also integrate the occult and symbolic props into my work to add depth and mystique to it.

The themes I cover in my art are the depth of the human psyche and the other side we cannot see, but can only imagine. Emotions are always different but always present in the work I do – from installation to portraiture.

My gender identity and sexual orientation are an integral part of my identity and therefore influence my art in various ways. For example, I may explore themes related to gender identity, sexuality, and relationships in my art.

That there is much more than physical, and the things that we can see on the surface. We are all deeper beings, deeper than we even think, care or know. The liberation and connection with nature, that I emphasise in the work I create and channel, is something that liberates the soul.

Depending on the work I do, I charge the prices. With my hired hands you get energy and invested time into the gathered knowledge, talent and my time. That is the time before, during the session and afterwards in the post-processing process. Each individual brings their own talents and skills, and we all should know our worth.

Creating and striving. I believe in manifesting through hard work and visualisation towards the goals you want to achieve. I also believe we need to protect our peace and identity, so what we open up to the world should be enough.

I could mention many accolades and projects, but the one that touches my soul is the pure fact I still have the creativity and mental strength to push further.

It all gets my pure essence. The stage, or in front of the camera and in front of the auditorium. It’s always hard to balance the emotion with the audience, and the connection you build is in a moment. It all creates a pure form of Art.

Build your resume with skills, not job positions.

It’s hard and satisfying. The balance is the key.
