About me
My heart and soul have always belonged to many things…My passions range from dance to languages to writing to animals to cold water swimming to music to travelling to reading to watching live shows and movies to keeping active – whether that be in the gym or trying to climb the three highest peaks in the UK in 24 hours.
One thing that has been a constant for me is performing – what feels like a love/hate relationship for all my life. My spirit feels awakened when I move, and especially when I move with fire to a song that takes me out of my head and into my body.
I love the true unfolding of oneself that the vulnerability of performing allows, and the empowerment of oneself through exploration of expression through performance art.
Performing is the one constant that always allows me to indulge freely in authenticity, delving into the unknown, finding answers for the things that belonged to questions I didn't have the vocabulary for.
