PleasureFWRD empowers couples and individuals to overcome challenges related to sexuality, intimacy and relationships in a safe, non- judgmental space. With the guidance of somatic sexologist and relationship coach Mayra, we help people reconnect with their emotional and erotic selves to achieve fulfilling relationships and maximize pleasure.

I am Mayra, Somatica®️ trained sex and relationship coach, and I’m a native speaker of sexuality. Let me be your translator. For the past 10 years, I’ve immersed myself in the beauty and complexity of human sexuality and here is what I’ve learned: our sexuality is a powerful gateway to self discovery. When we welcome it, we open ourselves to a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.

My work is centered on fostering personal transformation through authenticity, vulnerability, and exploration.

Whether you are working through a relationship challenges, seeking a higher plane of fulfillment, confronting past trauma or navigating non-traditional relationship dynamics, I specialize in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples. I believe in the power of understanding core desires, attachment styles, relational wounds, boundaries and fantasies to enhance intimate connections.

As your coach, I will lead you on a journey of self discovery and growth. Utilizing a trauma-informed lens, we will reveal unrecognized needs and heal the relational damage that so often prevents us from achieving true intimacy.
