I am a Polyamorous, pleasure activist, neo tantra practitioner from Greece. My biggest love-child is sex-positive.gr, a page dedicated to the sex-positive movement. I am a graduate of the school for facilatators of (neo)tantric, experiential workshops “The Alchemy of Living”. I have completed the annual dramatherapy program of the Greek Training Center Psychotherapy through Arts and I am a certified teacher of Traditional Yoga Nidra from the Garuda Yoga Academy. I have coordinated neotantra workshops in Athens and Crete. I was the organizer of the Open Love Festival in Onirema Chania and the 1st Sex Positive Festival 2024 in Athens, Grece. I have attended numerous, hands on workshops on tantra, kink,consent, sex positivity, etc. with different facilitators both in Greece and abroad. I 've dealt with theater (improvisation, forum theater, etc.), and have been trained in the “Theatre of the Oppressed”. I am being trained in body psychotherapy at the Wilhelm Reich Institute.

Encourage questions: Encourage questions and curiosity. Create opportunities for participants to seek clarification and express their concerns.
Stay informed: Continuously update your knowledge about sexual health, relationships, and relevant topics to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Respect privacy: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of individuals seeking information. Create a safe space where people feel comfortable discussing personal experiences.
